Silent Time In Yoga Classes

As Yoga Teachers, we often talk about how important silent time is for our students; how opening our classes and pausing in silence can help them tune in, breathe and settle. When I first started teaching, I loved being able to watch how my students would magically transform into softer, calmer and happier human beings. It might sound really obvious but, starting my classes with silent time has also been really important for me as a Yoga Teacher; many of you may identify with this need.
